Arthur F. Hoge III is a principal in the firm of Mee Mee Hoge & Epperson, PLLP. Arthur is a 1975 graduate of Westminster College, Fulton, Missouri with a major in math, and a 1981 cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, Executive Editor of the Southwestern Law Journal, an Exxon Scholar, and a Johnson, Bromberg, Leeds & Riggs Scholar.

Arthur has a Martindale-Hubbell rating of AV, which is its highest rating. Arthur has been heavily involved in property tax matters and appeals (ad valorem tax matters) throughout Oklahoma for in excess of twenty-five years.
