Since the beginning of the mortgage crisis, Eric has advised hundreds of property owners, lenders, title companies and trustees regarding foreclosure and short sale issues. Eric regularly lectures to property owners, associations of realtors, title companies, brokers, and agents on the hot topics and latest legal issues surrounding the current mortgage crisis, including the ins- and-outs of short sales, loan modifications, foreclosures, and related topics.
